Does God Really Talk Through People

I dont know about you but what frustrates me is poeple telling me what gods will for my life is. the problem with that is that no one can agree upon what gods will is for my life. it really depends on who you talk to. i am a single gal at 33 who has never dated been in a relationship with a guy or been married, but have been simply told that god has called me to be single.
The problem i have with that is this. When did call me to do that? God never told me this himself. Why is it that this only comes from chrisitan singles? If you read the bible you would know that god said in the very beginning its not good for man to be alone. So why would he completely go against himself and say na i changed my mind. There was an author of the bible who said its better to remain single than to be married. And people really get carried away by omitting the actual authors of the bible and say that god wrote the whole thing and he told the poeple what to write. well if thats true then why did the apostle paul himself say before he made his comment on being single and after by stating that what i am about to say did not come from god or any outside source but it came to me.

When I talk to married people they tell me no god hasnt called me to be single but you have to wait and trust in the lord
but it has to be in his timing not ours. hmm i fell for that and have been waiting for god to bring someone into my life.
I have been waiting for 21 years and almost 2 months? hmm?

Another thing that bugs me is when people tell me why i cant have kids
i was born with a birth defect which has caused me not to be able to conceive or have children
christians have told me that god has other plans
hmm is this the same god that said be fruitful and multiply
hmm what about those of us who cant have kids
its not like we did something to make ourselves unable to have kids

also i have been told that god wanted me to adopt
hmm did god not already know that i would contract a hep c and develop mental illness
those on their own would prohibit me from adopting
both def does

i think it just goes to show that god does not speak thru other people
and no one speaks for god

on the other hand
does speak for himself?
who knows i have never heard him?

i have been really hurt by these so called channelers of god


if someone ever tells you that god told them to say that
ask for some kind of proof
